I am a recent college grad and am looking for a job in the IT field so this book is perfect for me. The chapter that's I read through three times is the interview tips (chapter 4). Some of the tips were commonly known, that I found on the internet. But, some were new and actually pretty good. I had my first interview ever the other day, and after reading through this book, it went very well and I got the job. The next chapter, salary negotiation, was also very appealing to me. It talked about when to talk about salary and how to bring it up. The employer I interviewed with was offering between the 10-15$ range, but I was able to negotiate above that. Overall a very nice read and very informational.
