Habit Changers is a book that includes 81 different mantras to change your mind, habit and help you realize purpose. My favorite was the Anger section. Stop, breathe, rewind really spoke to me and helped me remember to always think before reacting. I recommend reading one of these a day to keep yourself motivated.
